HELLO FAMILY AND HAPPY EASTER!
This week was eventful!:
First of all, it was my companion’s birthday!! So we went out to eat at a restaurant (not something we do much) and bought ice cream and numerous members gave us cake and sweets and I felt like I gained like 15 pounds in the process. YAY FOR BIRTHDAYS.
We also moved apartments!!… to the house right next door. Before, we lived in another part of a member’s house, but since she moved away to Rosario, we are now living in her house. So a bunch of the elders and members came to help which was nice. In the missionaries’ apartments, its natural that they collect things over the years. Which resulted in us finding a lot of odd things: old x-rays, old clothes, and a set of FAKE TEETH. That really freaked me out because it was on top of a stack of books I had recently put down, and I don’t know if someone put them there as a joke or if they are actually someones teeth, so I saved them in a bag just in case someone needs them in the future… haha.
We also got to watch the Women’s Conference, which, as always, was wonderful. I thought the choir was SO SPECIAL, having women from all over the world!! As they sang “I am a Child of God”, I could feel the spirit testify to me that, YES, each and every one of us is a child of God. It doesn’t matter where we’re from, the language we speak, the color of our skin. He loves us each equally and more than we can imagine. And we must love one another, and serve one another, and see one another as God sees us. Because that’s what brings us JOY and JOY to others!!
When our priorities are in that order, theres no other option but for it to lead to pure joy. LOVE IT!
Love you all so much!!!!!
